We had our annual service on our furnace. Larry was very polite, professional and explained the services he performed today. He was genuinely concerned about the functioning of our furnace. Cindy is great with the scheduling and notification of Larry’s arrival. Other service calls with Kelleher have been consistent to this experience. We’ve been a customer for 29 are satisfied.

Kelleher has done all our plumbing/hvac for decades, from fixing leaks to making a 3-zone heating system functional, something 4 other companies, including the installer, couldn’t accomplish. Their most recent job was to stop my 80-yr-old shower and faucet from leaking. They did, and never mentioned that they’d also made the shower flow the best it’s been in the 46 years I’ve lived here, secured a tap cover that was always loose, and unstopped another tub drain that I’d thought was going to require major plumbing. Over the decades, my experience has been that if you want any plumbing/hvac job done right, Kelleher’s your prompt, knowledgeable, and reliable company.

Based on my experience with Kelleher over the last 30 years, I highly recommend them. I use them for HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing service; in every instance they have been competent, friendly, on time and charge a reasonable price.

WOW! I called at 10 AM, they arrived at 2PM for a heating issue with my gas furnace, problem solved. They performed a spring service on the AC unit before we need to turn the unit on, loaded it up for the season and off they went. Great service, reasonable price and very timely. Seasonal maintenance. Badda Bing. I highly recommend.

The gentleman that came to our house was knowledgeable, professional and did a fantastic job. Both of our systems are working better than they have in a couple of years. It turns out the company we had before was not actually cleaning anything. We had no way of knowing that, but Kelleher took care of it!!! From the time that Kelleher performed a site visit to determine equipment size and pricing to final installation, their overall performance was excellent…We decided on a Trane with a Seer2 rating of about 20… The cost estimate was very reasonable, and the work was performed in two days. The installation crew was well-organized and executed the work in a high workmanship manner. In short, they were experienced tradesmen and did not disappoint. There are many competing HVAC companies in the Richmond, VA area; however, Kelleher is in the top 1% for quality, performance, and reliability.

Jim is always the most patient and efficient person. He had to replace 2 of our fixtures – 1 post light and 1 porch light plus a light sensor for one and he had to run up and down my basement to get to the electrical panel multiple times.

Kudos to Micah!! Always so nice and knowledgeable and efficient. Worked on problem w/ boiler (making a strange noise). He made adjutants and even called the boiler manufacturer for further guidance. Kelleher should be proud their employees.

Above & beyond service identifying a vent on the exterior that had not been working because it had been painted over! And then using a utility knife to free the louvers. An efficient solution! Service personnel were very professional & knowledgeable.

My heat pump repairs were done professionally and as scheduled. Steve and his helper went right to work, including laying a dropcloth in the hall and cleaning up afterwards. They also got a new part delivered during the visit when the first one turned out to be damaged when they opened the box (pre-existing damage, not their fault).

The on-call Kelleher rep was very courteous and tried to fix our problem remotely but was unable. He came out on short notice and promptly diagnosed the problem, we were very happy!

Experienced an electrical A/C heating problem on Christmas Eve. Steve was dispatched and able to bypass the problem allowing me to have heat for the holidays. Early on the first normal work day, Kelleher called, obtained the replacement part, and sent Jim and Brandon to install the part. Everything was handled in a very professional manner and quickly. Without their response my holiday would have been very cold.
